“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced”.

James Baldwin American Novelist and Social Critic 1924-1987

"Healthy relationships and good social connections are fundamental in your life, whether at work, home or with family.  Change is difficult, and sometimes you need time and help to explore and navigate your future.

"Understanding that we don't operate in a vacuum, that everything we do affects those around us, and vice versa, is the basis for my work.  My relationship with my clients, is tailored, individual, and pays attention to the role of others your life.

"Whether you come on your own, with your partner, about work or about home, I believe that understanding our relationships better is the key to a more fulfilled life."

Leigh Brannon.

Counsellor and Psychotherapist; Clinical Supervisor

Leigh is a highly qualified and experienced Relational Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and ex-Lecturer. Leigh's areas of expertise include working with couples and individuals. Clients seek Leigh's expertise to navigate challenges in their relationships. Perhaps what was once a wonderful partnership now feels like a struggle or major life transitions such as a new baby, retirement, or work difficulties have impacted the way you connect with your partner. Alternatively, clients may seek individual counselling to explore why they have difficulty finding a suitable partner or consistently find themselves in unhappy relationships.

Whatever the situation, Leigh provides compassionate support and a safe space for clients to explore their experiences.
